Charges
The majority of advisory firms that work with me are charged on an hourly basis, with time being recorded in 15-minute units. Depending upon how frequently you expect to use my services I have three different charging options available:
- You pre-buy 100 units (25 hours) covering a three-month period. At the end of the quarter, I will charge for the units used, subject to a minimum 100 unit charge. However, with this option you will benefit from my lowest hourly charge rate.
- You pre-buy 48 units (12 hours) covering a three-month period. At the end of the quarter, I will charge for the units used, subject to a minimum 40 unit charge. This option comes at a slightly higher hourly charge rate.
- You pre-buy 20 units (5 hours) covering a three-month period. At the end of the quarter, I will charge for the units used, subject to a minimum 40 unit charge. This option comes at a slightly higher hourly charge rate.
- Time is invoiced quarterly, but only for periods in which services are delivered. When an invoice is raised, there is a minimum 4-unit charge. The hourly charge rate is tiered.
In addition to the above, if applicable, I can charge a daily or half-day rate. Travel costs where appropriate will also need to be charged.
If you want to ensure availability, then we can discuss working on a retainer basis.
As you would expect, my fees are subject to VAT.
